Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) and gradually add to wet mixture.
- Fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly.
- Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
